15-, 12-, and 9-rep rounds of:
- thrusters (135#/95#)
- 40 lb weighted pullups for time
I did not do this workout as prescribed because....well because I cannot do 95 lbs....it's as simple as that. But I did do more than I ever have on the Thrusters....75 lbs to be exact! It wasn't pretty...not in any way, shape or form but I did it!
Thrusters ~ 75 lbs....limited range of motion (LRM)
Pullups ~ Big Blues, Dead Hang
