Helen has always been one of my most favorite workouts BUT not so much this day. I just was not feeling the run nor the pullups. Next time is bound to be better!

But you did your pullups using full range of motion AND dead hang. Far more difficult than jumping in the mini's on the low bar!!! Don't forget that little factoid!
