SP/PP/PJ

Shoulder press 1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5 reps

Tonight I struggled, there is no other way to put it....I was excited and ready but it just wasn't happening....

Shoulder Press: 75/85/85
Push Press: 85x2/75/80
Push Jerk: 75/80/75
