21-, 15-, and 9 reps of:
- Deadlifts (225/155)
- Handstand pushups
for time
I really like this workout and I feel really good about my time...
I only used one modification ~ Pike pushups on floor.

Good job!!
So - are ya gonna try the hooked feet next time, or go for full range?
